on the jsp forum homepage, if you scroll down to off topic discussions theres an actual graphic design forum where you might have better luck

Go to the graphic design section for that

if you go to the main jsp page, near the bottom there's a section for art or some shit.. where you can request sigs avas logos and other custom art for fg

not allowed. there isn't a Graphic Design section either.
