Need A Fix To My Signature - Topic

Hi guys, i can't use my sig due to some forum rules..
Got this pm:

Bought this sig like 10 years ago and had no problems at that time.

Is anyone able to fix this?
A guy helped me once but the sig lost so much of quality
Maybe there is a way to solve this

I can't imagine the quality possibly being preserved any more. The sig alone is over 10 times the allowable size (which is incredibly low, 70kb)

Thanks, i really dislike the stocking water thats my problem..
Slower ect is all ok but that looks so cheap
