I am hoping someone can help with a tattoo design. Looking to have it on most of my back including 5 greek gods mostly in black and white with spots of colour. I have most of the ideas in my head but can send reference pics. LMK - open to any suggestions for FG amounts.

Your best bet is to find the tattoo artist whose style you like and then ask them to create something for you... especially if it’s a full back piece and will likely cost some serious $$$

You can have the coolest design ever made but if the artist isn't comfortable with it they probably won't do their best work.

Find someone you can talk to about the concept and see what they come up with, then they'll be invested in the piece and want to do a good job on their own art.

If it doesn't work out then try another tattoo artist.
