I use my current JSP profile image on my waterblocks LCD screen. While the square graphic works great here on JSP, I would like to see if someone can help me turn the image into a circular one and put it at 480 x 480. It's currently at 132x132. The requirement of my TT waterblock is the max file size be under 5MB.
Is anyone able to help me with this and what's the cost?

You will most likely lose some quality making a smaller image larger... I could try for ya.
