Currently IsO Someone To Make Me A New Sig/Avatar That Follows Rules And Stipulations. Looking For A Corrupted Raiden From Mortal Kombat Red White And Black Color Scheme Also Eye Candy Is A Must Would Like Some Movement And My Name Flashing In A Cool Font.

Id say its a good start for sure is there a way too make his Lightning a white ish color maybe red outlines along with the animation you speak of
