Im wanting a logo made to fit on a zippo lighter

Parameters:

Im wanting the logo to incorporate a Billiards esthetic (not just an 8 ball, but something unique to billiards as a whole.

Paying decent for a nice logo that I can use on small scale items ie. A zippo lighter.

Paying accordingly with the presumption being i own the rights to the logo upon payment rendered.

I left out the word billiards but it should "say" billiards pretty loud... could always add the word over the top, or something like that, but this seemed better for fit in a small place.
