Hello,

I would like to request a custom made sig and avatar. Preferences below to what I want (Both sig and avatar needs to be somewhat animated):

Sig:
1. I want a black frame around the corners and edges of the sig to highlight the actual sig.
2. I need the flames around charizard to be animated and moving/spinning some.
3. My name "Raijiin" (two i in the end of the name) kind of curved (circular shaped) like the flames going around Charizard. With an orange/red'ish color and having a black background to it to highlight the name. The orange/red'ish I would prefer if it was animated to be blinking slowly or look like it's on fire. Placed under the mouth of Charizard, close to or under the flame that is near his mouth

Avatar:
1. Charizards head while also seeing the flames animated moving/spinning.


Before you make any attempt please let me know how much this will cost as I don't feel like spending all my fg towards a sig and avatar. Would like to see what my wishlist for this would cost.
