Looking for a wallpaper about my dog.

There are 4-5 pictures that has to be smashed together about my dog, as a wallpaper, and maybe for a shirt for my girlfriend.

Iam not looking for anything fancy, just the dog images cropped together in some cute way. Not looking for anything animated (cartoonish)
