First time i'm posting here

I am looking to make a logo for my wife's business.
I made an example with AI, my wife really liked it. I would like to redo it correctly, with a transparent or white background and if possible, modify the candle with a cupcake-shaped candle.
Can anyone do this? At what price?

Btw, business will be called "Bougie de Fée" if we can write nicely

Do you have a budget? I can ask my friend who is a real logo designer to make you one with vectors etc
