My current avatar is the image of a Pokémon. I'd like an identical or very similar version in animated form, based on the GIF attached below.
I know, it's not that easy (as i've been told). Let me know, if you can figure it out/tell me price.

Not sure about making him do that exact same pose and "searching" thing with his arms... that would take a lot.
