Need this image cleaned up sharpened
my buddy lost the original file for his business logo
not sure what it would be to do this but I'm running out of time and my adobe skills are lacking

need the logo cleaned up and put onto a transparent back ground
need to be able to resize the image if needed and not look distored

please remove any of the blue in the letters and around and in the shield logo around the words

be nice if u could separate the sections of the logo into separate layers.. so i can edit color the current is faded and ugly

Do you have access to Adobe CC? / Illustrator?
Look up Image Trace tutorial. Prob ur best bet. Or can look on google for same/similar green graphic and re-create it pretty easily.

but this is raster, so can't scale very big yet.

I tried it with image trace but its a little too low res. to image-trace into vector. I would recommend getting it re-built from scratch unless you have a higher resolution image to work from.
