Looking for custom Signature, Avatar (may vary from Signature, depending) and custom alteration of my profile background to match color scheme of signatures.

Timeframe: ~3 months, longer if you need it.

Signature Notes:

Traditional style, no animation

Dual sided signature, Kisuke Urahara on right from the anime Bleach. Itachi Uchiha on the Left from the anime Naruto Shippuden. I would like the image red focused on the left, then (The Matrix) green on the right or similar color scheme.

In the middle, I would like to see the red theme continue right of center in the top, slanting down to the green being left of center at the bottom, not a solid line separation, but some kind of a merge change of colors. This is because I would like my gamertag to appear centered on the bottom in the green/white coloring scheme. A font similar to that of Diablo or a strong Serif styling. To future proof myself, I would like to have signatures, one with each of my Gamertags in case I decide to use my alt later on. All caps, as seen below:

Kisuke Notes:

Must contain his iconic green and white hat. Bonus if he's unsheathing his "J" curved handled sword, but not necessary. Usual Kisuke stance holding hat or a fighting pose, preferably wearing his Black with white diamonds at the bottom Captain jacket if in a fighting pose.

Itachi notes:

Just some pic that defines him as Itachi, not to be confused with Sasuke. I would like his mangekyou sharingan to appear behind him in a blood moon. I'm pretty open on this side of it as to how it comes out looking.

Avatar:
Kisuke, would be cool if you were able to do a Matrix backdrop just for the avatar. Can be full body, or shoulder up of him. Wearing his signature white/green striped hat.

Profile Background:
Would like a custom Matrix pic to use, similar coloration to match my signature.

Note:
When I refer to Matrix pic, I am referring to the falling numbers that can be viewed currently on my profile, you are welcome to just edit and color it appropriately if you want. I know it has a weird gap in it that would need cropped.

I don't need a preview of your creation here in this thread, just who is available that can fulfill what I'm looking for and some examples of your work that you think suits the style of signature that I'm looking for. I would like to select an artist here and work with you through pm, or whatever method works best.

I really like the styles of many of the work by if you care to look at some of his styles for examples.

Dude, I think you nailed it! That's looks perfect! If you would just drop my other gamertag on a second one and I think we're ready to move onto the avatar and custom profile background.

Other gamertag is:

For the avatar, could we use the first Kisuke facing to the right, the shoulder up cut with him holding his hat, and see if it looks right with the Matrix backdrop around him? If not, just see what you think would look good.
