After years of my banner being this just got a mag from a med that

“The entire size of your signature should not exceed 400 pixels wide by 150 pixels high. Large sections of text that extend the height well past this will be removed. Continued abuse of the rules will result in your rights to have a Signature and Avatar being removed.

So if someone can make my banner and the proper size please and thank you

The issue is you have 2 gifs running in your signature... surely sometimes exceeding 150 x 400 and the total 70kb limit

Remove the bottom "gambling" gif and you'll probably be compliant with the rules for the most part.
