Either you can hire someone who has a career as a designer and puts out great work, or some old diablo 2 player that pirated photoshop the other day and thinks airbrushed popout signatures and weed leaves are an attractive aesthetic. I'd be recreating your request in a large format using new textures, and I'd design it well.
Btw nobody can edit whatever shit quality image you posted, it's impossible to take visual info like that without the source file which has the text and background on separate layers and change it unless the background is simple enough to clone the text out of, and even then, your image is so low quality and small that it's going to look horrible regardless.

No disrespect as I had said.
I have had overlays and logos done for my streaming services and own the source files of those.
Let me explain to you that we took the old logo I had and she herself recreated the image and then provided me the new source file since the old artist claimed to had lost the source file of my logo.
I do understand that yo................. can take the image and recreate similar.
