Needing a custom chat block for twitch streaming.

I am not good at this stuff so I am just going to ask for attempts. Things I am looking for:

Orc death knight
Blue theme (blue ice, fire, whatever)
Character's name: Brosex

How much are you willing to pay for this?

A decent amount depending what the work/time is worth to the artist.

Also willing to pay for a full twitch overlay setup to use. I'd have to figure out how to use it, but I'd be down to have it on hand.
