Looking for a signature and avatar "pair" of the following design

Main detail: Dr. Evil + Mini Me, something to do with "gold" (fg pun)
Main Interest (per character) Dr. Evil + Mini Me
possibly Dr. Evil sig and Mini Me avatar or Opposite? somehow try to incorporate gold or coins of some sort into it if possible(not needed but would be cool if u could make it work)?


prefer animation.

would like to keep prices below 3k fg
