Avatar in the basic shape of Florida morphing in to a pistol/rifle; I have some examples I just would like one that isn't copied. White background with Florida flag in the state.

I would prefer a larger/higher definition image but primarily for avatar use
Id happily pay 250FG for this since it does not require much actual graphic editing but I understand it requires a certain degree of artistic skill do again, if that is not enough i am open to pricing.
May also want to incorporate/also pay for a similar signature banner that I could add FG for or maybe include it in the original avatar for the 250
Also need a cover page for a project
I will provide an image (HD) and I just want basically some glow/bubble letters in the middle listing the title of the project in white/light style lettering and a portion down at the bottom with my name in gold lettering
I'd appreciate a few examples of the types of effects but it should be pretty simple
I'd easily pay 50FG but in open to pricing if that is not enough; I thought it was pretty simple but I admittedly am ignorant on graphics
Maybe even do a package deal and I would tip a little extra if it's decent?
