hey guys so im new to jsp and i been seeing people with animated banners or icons or im not sure what theyre really called but i was hoping someone could throw me a bone and helping me make one.
what im wanting seems pretty simple hopefully haha but i was just wanting this image below with his eyes lighting up and having my GT on there somewhere. if anyone could help me out on a budget that would be greatly appreciated!
