What size are you wanting exactly?
Wallpaper for a screen? What’s your resolution?
Good quality would also be big enough to support whatever the goal for digital display is, cuz pixels.

its for a music album cover, but the image will be used for a poster as well, and wallpaper.

You’re gonna wanna hire someone that does custom vector artwork or very large scale artwork
