Not sure if this is the right place, but is anyone experienced with Youtube, and their specific requirements sizes dimensions etc.

Im looking to create a youtube logo/banner/ and possible template(s) or thumbnails for some videos and was wondering if anyone was
experienced with that and would be able to help and if so what sort of cost would that be?
