So to keep it as short as possible. I need you to edit so that the unpainted new bumper has a section under the grill where the registration would go. So just make a slight border just under the grill in the middle but make sure this border is a bit smaller both in length and width than my original registration that you can see in the bottom left corner.

To be a little bit more specific.. this is the area that I need the sleek border on, should of course look like the bumper came with that border and should be roughly the size of the red outline that I quickly scribbled
