I'm curious if he gets all of his fg back or the refund? Because Idk if his sig was started or what. Just wondering

he sent the fg before he was accepted, but they didn't even accept some requests before him.
i doubt they started it yet, but some of them did, i'd expect it to follow the front page with the 500 refund.
if they didn't start it, he will probably get a full refund. i wouldn't expect them to be the type to take partial fg for no effort at all.
there are still 3 requests (that i saw) before josh's request that haven't been accepted yet.

I was told they started so I'm just taking the sig and putting it on a rotator.
No hard feelings here.
