Smudge Layout on right side in terms of style.

Here's an example of something i'd like, except change the 'psd' in this sample image to Leadership, and add a little extra to the background to make it a little more 'dark' or 'gloomy' themed. (if you have any ideas that could make that work feel free to share/discuss them with me via pm)
For text i have no clue of certain text or font names but i love fine, delicate cursive fonts. (refer to my current, simple signature as an example)
for the size of the image i'd like the dimensions to be 400 x 150

Lmk if you accept or if you might need any other information to help make this into a work in progress.
