That would ultimately be up to Green Bay (https://forums.d2jsp.org/user.php?i=939916). However, if you were to provide me with a theme and which premades you like from this thread I could compile a pack.
The thing is the packs have to equal the exact amount of the repayment. That's why I have three different ones in this thread.
I had two other users need graphic work and Green Bay said "NO! NOT HAPPENING!".
