However, I will send him a pm asking him kindly to in the future ask permission from artists before using their work, and suggest he pm that Devart user in particular.



"Technically ripping" and "ripping" are two different things.
In the Gfx community, using other's people's non-stock images without permission, especially Devart images, is highly looked down upon.

I find it hilarious that one minute your railing on another person for ripping, and then when I point out your own lack of respect for another person's art, you turn and insult my choice of words.
It's a little bit sad, to be honest.
