They would be based around Irelia from the League of Legends franchise. I have a specific render/stock image that I would like to be used in the Signature/Avatar The image is linked below:

Specifics about the Signature:
Traditional Rectangle signature. Again, same color-scheme as the profile layout scheme.

Specifics about the Profile background
I would like it to be the same colors as listed above, with my account name in a cursive/fancy text font, if possible, Every bit of KB space would ideally be used, I would prefer it well over 2000px in Width.
I am a flashy person, and having the background flashy is a must, but not at the cost of visibility on the page.



Specifics about the welcome image
None really, I am leaving you with free hands on this one! Make it good! Same colorscheme as before!

Specifics about the profile section images
I would like one of each of the following, with the quoted title: "Donations", "About Me", "Services" ,matching the rest of the profile, your choice of text/color.

Other Notes
Your discernment on what would look better is much better than mine, I've heard that the more detail a request has, the better the artist can do, hopefully that's true even with this amount. As for time with this request, I don't mind waiting for quite a bit, even if the quality gain is small for the time.
