Spent quite some time on this... hope you like it!

If you look closely, there's actually a lot of detail and yet I kept it simple.
I also incorporated the original background into it for texture, and I noticed that blue really brought out her eyes, so I ran with it.
Just let me know if you would like anything else particular done to it, such as more detail or colors, and also if you would like a larger resolution.
I was going to do 1024x768, but I figured for now the original picture was big enough.

Hmmm, it's a bit too red imo dunno, maybe you can change that a bit and move the text below her face or left to it...not sure lol...

My attempt It has a very high resolution ( 1920x1200 ) so you can use it on any widescreen monitor. If you need a 4:3 Version, just say it

Quality seems very poor around the heart, Text is just a hand writing font + outer glow?

Background is just a wallpaper made by someone with that ladies pic put on to it? how much time did it take u? 5 minutes?

Thanks for your imput, didn't saw that :), i changed it and changed the Background a little bit. In my opinion there should be much space in one color for the Folders etc. on the desktop. What would you use as a font, other than a hand writing font? It is the best for this purpose, isn't it? o.O I can remove the glow if it is too tacky for the TE.

Edit: And the reason that his girlfriend is so "small" in the middle is the resolution, i don't want to make a wallpaper in a size of 1024x786 or something like that because if your monitor is bigger ( which is the case in 99% ) you can put the wallpaper in the trash. 1920x1200 is a save bet.
