Following up with customers is standard - a single PM, many days after initial contact would not be considered spam even by the most liberal definitions.
I politely asked if you had made any decisions as I had not heard from you. There is nothing wrong with you saying that you're not interested, there IS something wrong with calling me "retarded" because you don't like my prices.
If you don't like my rates, a polite "no-thank-you" would suffice - we don't need to work together - but your rudeness and unprofessional conduct is not appreciated.
Please refrain from posting in my thread unless you are requesting a service.
