That would mean he adding all those buildings and everything. And then get the color to match the original? That's not even possible as a coincidence. He basically just took the image from the sig, flipped it back to the original side and the colored it all weird so it would look like he edited it... now he's just trying to cover his tracks.

we already showed u the image u used which coincidentally has the same buildings u used with the one guy on it?

oh look here is that image with the buildings + the 1 guy. then u ripped another sig and put it ontop

you have no defence with this tho.
he cleary changed it. many people could get those 2 images and put them in a sig. but he made it unique by using those 2 images at the same time. not like he stole 2 sigs then used them both into 1 sig. he used 2 images in 1 sig and that is perfectly fine

he copied 2 peoples exact sigs, reversed 1 and put the other 1 over it. thats all he did
