The 3000 is simply to one that blows my mind and makes me want to spend the forum gold on it. I won't say follow this topic for a while then eventually give 3000 to the one that I deem the best.
If I see others I like, I'd gladly buy them at a lesser price, however I wanted to offer a large amount so I could (hopefully) get some exceptional attempts.
