I will happily pay upfront if i know that i can get a refund or at least a new project if im not satisfied with the outcome.
What u guys are doing is a little too harsh.
My 2 cent ;)

Edit:srry for the spam, i never spam in paid topics but i reckon they should understand the logics of their setup
