I want a signature with Goku or Gohan turning into their super saiyan form! Maybe if the picture flashed on certain points or something in it moved. Maybe if his aura from turning into his SS flashed or moved a little if its possible

Hello, a couple questions...
would you be able to do a graphics for a guild charter? it would not need to be complicated as I dont want it to be crowded (hard to read the text / info for the guild)
also a matching header for my website. (which would look alot like a sig, just a bit biger... along the looks of sig 3 rectangle style 3)
Basically I am looking for a background theme to use for my guild and clan website.


one thing I would require:
I must have permission to edit the Graphics my self if I need in the future, also I may want to use a edited version for a signature for both myself and others in my guild.
for both the charter and site banner you are more than welcome to have your names and or link to your jsp post / account displayed on them as artist / creator / design... although I may or may not edit this out for the signatures

if this is possible please lmk and if possible let me know about how much fg it would be...i can send you some references and more details to use, so you can come up with a better estimate on cost for these

(also please note I can come up with the fg relatively quickly, im low now because I just purchased the guild... and I can have the required fg before any work is done if need be)
