Alright so I'd like a Popout Style Signature 1

I like my current orb colors and I'm going for 3 pink stars.
My current one has the right idea but I just completely lost interest in it, I like the pink eyes but it isn't as fierce as I'd like and not the popout style I wanted.

I want my user name to in there but not awkwardly, and I want it to be readable text, not like hieroglyphics looking.

To be honest I don't really know exactly what I want I just want it to be fierce looking and cool, you can surprise me!

Also I think 700 fg is going to be a littttle to steep for my budget, maybe we can negotiate.

The name MoinkAlThor, and Guardian in a dark red perhaps. Font preference to Cursive, and/or old english print

Essencially remove the background from her, replace with red and black smoke, metalic effect somewhat like Strickens above my request.
Torn on the edges.
