Perhaps something like this? 250fg based on 15 minutes of work.

will clean up any light bleed at the edge of frames if you decide you like it too (it won't stay like this)

This is also very close to what I want , not staggered and cleaned up a bit, slightly darker lettering with more transparency inside and around the lettering

You mean more like this? your instructions were a little vague, the letters I had were transparent already as it was just the stroke from the lettering, the green interior was a result of the glow as I believe the same with Stockens will be
