Hiya Brie,

As discussed via PM I'm looking to get a half smudge fairly chaotic look, rectangle sig.
Decided to keep it fairly dark while letting you just wing the colours. I'd like some splashes of colour/effects similar to the example you showed me.
I'd like the tattoos on her neck accented and her face/hair.
