I haven't done any work in a long time but I might give it a shot, just because it's Mila Kunis :)

This looks nice, but leave the outer glow on the text. Well just completely change the text, get a better placement and font and please don't use outer glow. Trust me I've been there and done that :p
Also, there' seems to be some kind of 1px border at the top of the signature that makes it look brighter than the rest, looks weird. Or maybe you put an overlay and moved it intentionally.
Anyways, that's all I have to say, I leave the rest to 1messdkid.

OH and just a personal opinion that goes to anyone who will attempt, I personally think "1messdkid" will look better than "OnEMesSduPKiD"
