The font is the easy part, you can mangle the letters that are already there. All but the F are already done and can be copy pasted, you can abuse the P for the first letter.
Add it to a layer, blend it on the picture,. shouldn't take anyone too long, realistically.
But, you don't have 500 fg right now?
