Will also need album art for my next project titled 'Sunday School Bangers' which I can make a separate post for but would like a better idea of pricing before I do

I'd change that image ASAP if I were you to not get caught up in legal twists. Stealing images from stock companies is not fun.

Also not cool to sell copyrighted images? What is even going on here

I spoke with the buyer about the watermark still visible on the images that Xentrics provided - raising concerns of what you just mentioned… only because they plan on actually putting this out in the public for branding. That isn’t covered under Fair Use.
I offered some commercial assets I have publishing rights to as a courtesy - but the buyer decided to find a similar image and purchase the rights himself.

Yes, IchBin pointed me in the right direction and I ended up finding the image you linked to and purchased a commercial license

Not sure if it was an honest mistake or if Xentrics tried to hide it but I honestly didn't even notice until he posted the full size image and IchBin hinted at it as well
