PTSD is absolutely a disability through the VA considering I have 100% service connected disability, PTSD being apart of that

For the first part, you couldn’t be more wrong.

Go talk to a VA claims lawyer. They’ll set you straight.

You will go to many doctors appointments, and you can claim things that you were never even seen for while you were in.

I guarantee you, if you do this right, you will get a MINIMUM of 70-80%.
Wouldn’t be shocked if you got 100%

You can still file for stuff dude. Find a VSO or VAC for your state/county and they will do everything for you. You should up to appointments. But you could absolutely be 100% disability and get the benefits you deserve

I got out in 2013 and was just rated 100% Permanent and Total

I get 150 a month for a finger i broke in basic training. Never made it out of tech school. A worker at the VA suggested i apply for 100% because i have schizophrenia. Obviously the two issues were not synonomous so i was not intrested. You however should be. Its not weakness and you can have a good life brother
