I'll take a stab at your LoZ.. if you don't mind, I'd love to make a Vivi attempt for ya if you think you'd possibly shell out for more than 1 haha

My stab at LoZ.

If you like the over-all but not the type of animation just LMK, and I'll do something different

Side note; I did not like the look of the full name in the signature so I shortened it.. LMK if this is okay.

I usually charge 750-1k for animation work, so I will set a minimum price tag of 500FG for this since that was your stated budget.

This is pretty spectacular, looks like the 7 got chopped off at the end, but overall I'm digging it!

Once again I appreciate all of the sigs that you have all worked on for me. I'm gonna contemplate and then get back with those who I wish to purchase from personally.
