I can do this but I won't do it without some sort of agreement to buy. These can take me like 10-20 hours a piece or more, so it won't be cheap either.

Check my digi paint progress thread, or my profile. The style you are looking for is definitely digitally painted

there's 2 likely possibilities of what you're looking for.

1. something to be digitally painted by someone, thus creating an original work of art.
2. something being passed through filters, such as those available from topaz labs, and turning an existing image into something that looks like it was painted.

1. takes lots of time, quality depends on the artist, can be very expensive and harder to find an artist.
unless you know they are a digital artist with proof, assume they aren't.
2. can be done within minutes, and shouldn't at all be treated the same as a digital painting. anyone can download topazlabs for a free 30 day trial and derp around with the settings.
pellex used to have a service thread that had a heavy use of topaz filters in the majority of his images. (one of his old service threads)

here's a link to topaz, https://www.topazlabs.com/
this is likely the one you're interested in, http://www.topazlabs.com/simplify

also, always google reverse image search any attempt that might interest you
you might find something familiar, such as:

and this mountain looks familiar,

Interesting, thanks for this.

****However if you look at my previous post (#8)
You will see that is exactly what I'm looking for, so I'm seeking out something very similar.
As for the subject matter, I would like the architectural value to be that of Washington state and it's variety of mountains, woodlands or desert.

?Any questions?
