Just the snail housing tho , not the actual snail.

my try. had to recut the render, as the first cut had too many "ghost marks" around the outside of it to have any decent quality.

The flashing aint working for me , the flashing on what my mate did as a perfect exampel of how I want it.

Still not feeling it sorry.
The colors are changing so suddenly , I want them to change slowly changing nyanses. (if that what its called)

Its like 1 - 2 -3 - 4 - 5
The bottom one is like 1 - 1,5 - 2 - 2,5 - 3 - 3,5 etc etc.
Where the ,5 is a mix between the color that was and the color its changing to.
And the colors on the snail is also abit dull , needs to be flashing light colors.

Its probably hard , I got no idea on how to use p/s or something similar so I cant imagine.
You can try again , but I will be waiting for others to try so dont be in a hurry

It is hard, and the more changes = bigger filesize. I will try it again.

to put things in perspective, his animation has 9 frames, meaning 9 different color hue variations. I am at 10 frames now.

we are now up to 19 frames (10 more than the original), meaning 19 different hues, they actually are doing a complete "circle" on the color chart now. this is as smooth as it's gonna get, any more and we will be above the JSP size limit with text.
