Actually, I really like the shield and the olive branches here!
Possible to have the shield smaller and centered where the "C" currently is (remove the "C" entirely)?
Also realizing now that 500px too large, maybe downscale the whole image to 200-300px?
Slightly worried the 24x24 version will not look the same, however - but overall I like where this is going if you are open to some small edits/changes.
