What i would like - Buzz lightyear signature w/ buzz avatar

Style: Yes. I like popout sigs but this may be hard to do popout with the dates and quote. id rather a sig that nails the dates and quotes and the regular rectangle then a forced popout.

Details
- the dates 12-8-97 and 12-11-17 on his wings, or incorporated elsewhere
- Very colorful. To represent the heart of toystory, but with the "serious" tone of the new starcommand. bold/vibrant colors (sorry if im using wrong words)
- The quote "You're not falling with style, you're flying with angels"

My little bro passed away 12-11-17
he was buzz lightyear at heart. never grew out of it.
The dates/quote need to be incorporated nicely. a key feature, while also being the background.

sorry, my art skills are about a 1/10 so I don't know the "wording" to use.

I think the description is pretty good, though I'm a little confused with the dates.
You said they could be put on the wings, or elsewhere, but you also stated they should be the background.
As for colors, you want them very colorful, but with a serious tone of the new star command. So perhaps some muted colors?
One last thing, would you like the animated Buzz from actual Pixar, or the new Buzz that's coming out soon?

I sincerely appreciate that, and i have a feeling the heart you will put into it will make it exactly what im looking for!

1.) I want them to be... visible. but buzz is the main piece. thats all.
2.) no idea what muted colors are, but, the new buzz has the green/purple/white etc, but it has a "shadowy" bit to it, kinda a serious tone. i LOVE that.
3.) ^ see above. i love the new buzz. but i cant find any good renders for y'all
but you guys are the magicians so im super excited to see what comes out

here is the tattoo i got. Obv not tryin to put a buzz face on my chest. but, maybe just to throw some ideas around for you guys.
