lest talk about maybe cutting luffy out and changing up the background, how hard would that be if not possible is fine would love resize to fix

That would be a bit different for a true cut. Overlaying stuff on top or changing blend modes easy but actually cutting out and replacing entirely would have to look at this gif and any available similar assets tomorrow

Image is having 22 frames. Four of them are render animated frames, others are "snow animated frames" so.. maybe not so hard.
