i need a moderator help

i just had all my signatures taken from me / profile art because of




now the profile art might have had a single camel toe

but i just sifted through every single signature ( all purchased here so should 100% be within all guidelines )

so i guess i need someone trusted to be able to accurately asses whether the signatures i purchased were within the sites guidelines, otherwise i might have to open a bunch of S/A's for being sold art that i was told was within guidelines however is not



if there is any others ive bought from in the past and i am missing your name sory, i do know i commissioned 99% through these 3

I'm curious to see how this gets handled.

Obviously it is every individual users responsibility to know site rules and abide by them. But can artists be held accountable for making graphics that are outside of those guidelines, and accepting payment for them? If so, how would that work?

i dunno i gotta find out, if this mod just swinging his dick over my profile and took everything down thats 1 thing

but i paid a lot of money for everything to stay in guidelines and be what i wanted


i did know the rules , and commissioned them to be done within guidelines and had them done so, mostly even by trusted / med users

the purpose of the payment was to render a image suitable to the forum, nothing else. no outside work

I would think that, unless the artist could prove you asked for X-Rated materials to be rendered for use outside of the forum, then it is assumed it is your intention to use here. Which then begs the question, what responsibility does the artist have for making graphics that are against site rules? IMO they are in violation just as much as the user, but they get away with the FG in the end with no repercussions? That doesn't seem right.

i even implored the every artist help when finding suitable renders to be assured they would stay within guidelines

so they cant really say i just asked for x rated material sir.

i covered every base here, so if anything is not suitable to the forum it breached our agreement

I know I gave you 2 or 3 sigs but I don’t think any of them had what was mentioned by the trusted user. He also said “profile” which leads me to think it was something like a background, profile picture, or post in your notes that would’ve triggered it

Probably as a precautionary to review as most of your sigs might’ve been risqué … I’d reach back out to the trusted person to clarify which ones instead of lazily saying “you know the rules,” because maybe you don’t interpret it the same way it SHOULD be taken.
Just be calm and professional.
What I think is a mistake would be to try and create a S/A against people… I can help edit any sigs if you can’t get ahold of someone, ONCE the specific sigs are identified

the first thing i did was reach back out to the trusted person

and s/a has been made against nobody specifically just following the steps the site has asked me to take

and i made this post here in case any of the artists might be aware of sudden rule changes maybe or maybe even the signature that toe'd the line too far

hard to tell since these images have been around for years now
