TBH man you're not gonna get good quality with these.
I think you've posted in the resize topic as well.
Your best bet would be to request an animated sig with this character, i think its subzero, and set a budget.
There's so much camera movement and the bottom one has way too much going on in these clips and JSP only allows 70kb for sig and 50kb for avatar.
