This is a very nice staff, congrats if you vaald this yourself.
There is none like it on the market and I would list this as 1k div for starters to see if I get any response. If your flat phys had rolled a higher tier it would have been a mirror worth staff or a bit over a mirrors value.
However, the market is in a decline right now considering that the reset is coming on April 4th. Had you gotten this earlier it would've had hold more value. I doubt though that it will sell for 1k div,- but that is only because the market is in a decline, but it doesn't mean it isn't worth that. It will just be hard to sell.
Try listing it for 1k for starters. Should you get tons of replies, remove it, wait 20minutes, re-list for 1.5k and see if replies for it continues.
Should you not get any replies for 1k after 24h I am sorry to say that you will have to sell this for under it's real value if you want to get rid of it and cash in some fgs.
