There is unfortunately no cast speed on this wand. Spell damage is low, lightning damage is a middle tier. If you had at least a low tier cast speed you'd probably get around 10-20 div.

As it is now, 4-7div tops.

I think the combined spell damage/light damage is more then fine, its over 100%.

low mana and cast speed is what downs it. Also no crit chance for crit builds makes it lose value.
