IF anyone can help, I bought a key but it lets me download on steam but it says i need to purchase early access but i asked for early access key... can someone help me, do i need to insert the cd key into poe2 first? this is the second time its happened to me ugh

You need to redeem the actual Early Access key on poe site first, then it will generate different keys to use for Steam and Epic Clients. If you bought a generated Steam key and not the actual unused EA key, I doubt its going to work like what you described.
